For years, we have been caring for the 31 children of an orphanage, which is financially supported and led by us. Our aim is to take care of the children’s provision and to give them a shelter. We also want to make school and training possible for them. Our staff members on spot personally guide them into independence. Now we help 4 of these orphans and 9 underprivileged youth with financial support for higher education and vocational training.

 Children with learning disabilities or physical disabilities are often excluded from education or discriminated by families or neighbours. HOME provides a day-care centre for them, where not only schooling is given but additionally Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Therapy according to their needs.

 Mothers with their partly badly malnourished children come to us daily. We teach them about nutrition, hygiene and how to manage minor diseases. Under supervision, they cook food for their children. Besides, we teach mothers about nutrition and hygiene and provide Early Childhood Development Training for toddlers who show early disabilities.

 Orphans who live with relatives and children from families who are financially in need get support, so that they can send their children to school. They receive tutoring lessons in HOME, school supplies and additionally once a month oil, flour and soap and, if necessary, medical treatment. Our staff regularly visits these families and mothers.
